Bangladesh Institute of Peace Support Operation Training (BIPSOT) is located at  Rajendrapur Cantonment, Gazipur. The Cantonment is approximately 50 Kilometers north of  the capital city Dhaka. and located adjacent to the National Park with a beautiful panoramic natural/virgin forest with  picturesque view.

BIPSOT being located just on the DHAKA- KAPASIA highway provides good  road communication facility from Dhaka. Moreover Rajendrapur railway station is approximately 2 Kilometres away from BIPSOT and have rail communication from Kamlapur Railway Station, Dhaka.

Zia International Airport (ZIA), the main entry point of Bangladesh is located beside  DHAKA- RAJENDRAPUR highway and BIPSOT is located approximately 30 Kilometeres north of  ZIA.
